Which email solutions do you support?
We support Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange, and Google Workspace (Gmail).
Do you support Microsoft email solutions?
Yes. We support Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange. For Microsoft Exchange, we support Exchange Online and Exchange on-prem.
Do you support Google Workspace (G Suite)?
Yes. We support Google Workspace (Gmail).
Do you support personal (free) Gmail accounts?
No. At present, we only support Gmail as part of Google Workspace.
How can you meet our data localization/residency requirements?
You can choose to house your Preava Prevent-related data in our US or UK data centers or opt for a custom deployment on your preferred public or private cloud.
Are you able to customize your misdirected email solution to our specific requirements?
Yes. We can tailor the solution using custom rules or develop custom features and configure custom deployments to meet even the most demanding requirements.
How do I deploy Preava Prevent to my end-users?
For organizations using Microsoft Office 365 or Exchange, an Outlook Add-in is deployed. For organizations using Google Workspace, a browser extension is deployed.
How do you determine the risk of each email recipient?
We utilize the following three-layer approach to assess the risk of each email recipient.

Preava Prevent is priced on an annual per-user basis.
Do you offer a trial versions of your misdirected email solution?
Depending on your requirements and the attributes of your organization (e.g. size), we offer a 14-day money back guarantee or a proof-of-concept (POC). To learn more, please request pricing or a demo.
How often do you bill your clients?
Our standard billing cycle is annual.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts on multi-year up-front payments.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis or as outlined in your relevant Order Form.
Can additional users be added to an existing subscription?
Yes. Additional users can be added at any time and will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
Where is Preava based?
Preava is a U.S. corporation run by a team primarily distributed across the U.S. and EU.

Clients can utilize Preava's Support Services as described in your Agreement and/or Order Form(s).
What is Preava's support availability?
Clients can access Support Services in accordance with your Agreement and/or Order Form(s).
Do you have a knowledge base?
Preava maintains a knowledge base that is made available to our clients.
Security and Privacy
Is Preava GDPR and CCPA compliant?
Preava is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). A Data Processing Addendum is available as part of our Master Service Agreement.

Upon your request, we can demonstrate how Preava's security posture meets your security requirements.
How does Preava address data minimization concerns?
Our misdirected email solution, Preava Prevent, analyzes the From, To, CC, and BCC email fields to access the riskiness of each email recipient. Upon your request, we can make available the option to further minimize the data transferred to or stored on our infrastructure to meet even the most demanding requirements.
